These are the reasons why you are facing issues related to your IP address:
- Most of the time, you don’t know as a user that LCX sends you an email to confirm your IP address. Check your email and follow the process.
- If you don’t receive it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- If you still don’t receive the email, then maybe you have enabled VPN on the device. Please disable the VPN in order to confirm the IP and login again.
- If you have received the email but are getting the same unconfirmed IP address message again and again they might have enabled VPN on the device so users have to disable the VPN in order to be able to confirm the IP and login.
