- The documents acceptable for identity verification are:
- National ID cards
- Passport
- Driver’s license (only applicable to certain jurisdictions such as the U.S, the EU and Canada)
- The next step is picture verification, where you have to submit your selfies
- And then you need to provide a valid address proof. Several documents are acceptable as address proof that includes:
- Any utility bill with customer name and complete address
- Bank Account Statement with customer Name and complete address
- Credit card statement with customer name and complete address
- Telephone bill with customer name and complete address
- Address proof by the government stating that the customer lives at the mentioned address.(Address proof Document need to be not more than 3 months old)
- This information is then analyzed by our KYC team and after their approval, your identity is verified. If in case you are rejected, then you may apply again at our portal or contact [email protected] for any further query.
